Very reluctantly my wife and I have sold our beautiful Twin Waters home. We are Kiwis and it was our holiday home but we put everything we could into the home. It was an expensive build. We used Lydia to sell our apartment in Twin Waters. A leading agent in the area had suggested a listing price that was $66,000 lower than the price that Lydia recommended.
