3 Twin Waters Property Sales


We have had the pleasure of dealing with Lydia on three occasions now - two sales and one purchase. Each time we have found her to be very professional in all aspects. Because of her local real estate knowledge and with her finger always on the pulse, our latest dealing with Lydia resulted in a contract for the sale of our house without even going to market - 48 hours after a letterbox drop!! PLUS at a price we did not think achievable eight months ago. We would highly recommend Lydia.
