Best Advice for Selling in Twin Waters


A big thank you to Lydia Kirn for selling our lovely property in Twin Waters. Anyone who wants to sell their home for what you think it’s worth, I would definitely recommend Lydia Kirn. We have lived in Twin Waters for over 15 years and have constantly seen the price of properties being driven down by other local agents. Twin Waters is a beautiful suburb with high-quality housing and it’s been upsetting to see the house prices being driven down.
There has been a marked difference in the house prices in Twin Waters since Lydia has been working in the area.  Lydia gave us great constructive advice to get the property up to scratch ready for sale which definitely helped us in achieving the price we wanted.
