A Gem In Twin Waters Real Estate


Lydia is a gem and a rarity in the Real Estate circles in my opinion!

I have known Lydia for over three years. I have observed her achievements and successes as she has built her business and a reputation for getting the job done for clients. I have recommended her to countless people when they were looking for real estate expertise.

When I wanted my property valued a year ago, I naturally went straight to Lydia without hesitation because I knew I would get honest, realistic, professional and constructive advice. She valued the apartment according to three selling scenarios: do nothing to the property, do some work or do more or less a full renovation! I eventually remodeled most of the apartment. Just as I was finishing the final clean up, Lydia brought two potential buyers to view! She sold the property for an excellent price before it went to the open market.

Lydia is professional, organised, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She is one of the hardest working people I know and has utter integrity, always putting her client’s needs first and delivering what she promises. A fortunate day for me when I wandered into an open home in Twin Waters three years ago!! Thank you Lydia – I shall miss you!
