Renovated & Sold Twin Waters Apartment

She also had access to all the required trades people to complete the renovations promptly and cost-effective. Lydia managed all the trades that were required to complete the task but at the same time we were kept fully up to date with the progress and all costs. Once completed the apartment looked beautiful and amazingly it sold before the first open home was due to be held for the full asking price which was way over our initial pre-renovation expected price. This was due to Lydia's knowledge of the area, current market values and what buyers were looking for.  Lydia made the whole selling process effortless and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
