Lydia Kirn was thoroughly professional in all aspects of our dealings. She advised she had people on her enquiry list, arranged for them to come and visit/inspect and within 24 hours of our appointing Lydia she was back with a signed contract.

When we first looked at the possibility of a sale and had a chat with Lydia, she pointed out a few instant improvements that would help to present our house to a higher standard. We followed her advice.
