Totally professional. We considered 5 agencies in the area and had over 20 critical checkpoints for evaluation. Lydia came out ahead easily. All aspects of her presentation were supported and explained, marketing, base list, approach, advice, legal considerations, plus more. No attempt at sweet inducements, knocking the opposition, excessive expectations or unsubstantiated claims. Just straight advice and business with well presented supporting evidence.
