Selling up and moving house is such a huge thing to do and choosing the right person to do this was something we were uncomfortable about. This was not the case with Lydia. From the initial phone call and meeting, all the way through and beyond having sold the house, the professionalism, care and concern shown was outstanding. 

The outcome of the sale exceeded what we expected, and the whole experience was made so much easier by the wonderful job that Lydia did.  Lydia provided regular feedback following viewings including internet communication, which enabled us to be part of the process.  I believe Lydia’s honest approach, attention to detail and her professionalism were key to the success we achieved.
